Olympus is participating in state associations, holds board positions, and is actively involved in the communities we operate in. By working together with others in a common purpose, we can improve the industry we serve in and gain insight and knowledge from a variety of backgrounds.


Olympus is always looking for cutting-edge technologies for retirement living. Many facilities aren’t up to date with electronic medical records and systems. Technology becomes the backbone of the facility allowing for state-of-the art infrastructure, business metrics and insights into providing the highest quality care.

Culture Development

It is our intention that Olympus operate as a collaborative environment. We meet frequently and discuss ideas to constantly improve and monitor the results of those efforts.
