Doug is passionate about leading change within the skilled nursing industry. With over 13 years of working with healthcare-related businesses, Doug has opened new markets, led teams through new business acquisitions, and successfully turned around struggling operations. After receiving his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona he went on to obtain his Master’s of Business Administration at the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University. Doug and his spouse are blessed with five children and live in Eagle, ID.
